Onion
Parsley
Tomatoes
Pepper & salt
Dice onion and tomatoes.
Chop parsley.
Season
Spread on slices of bread. You may sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Drizzle some olive oil.
Grill for a few minutes.
Serve as an entree. I like having bruschetta as a light lunch especially in summer. It's just yummy!!!
